ABLE is a social service agency that aims to enable the physically challenged to live with dignity and to have a productive, meaningful, and independent life, for all races and religion.

Established in 2010, ABLE is a member of Caritas Singapore, the social mission arm of the Catholic Church in Singapore. ABLE serves persons with physical challenges and their family caregivers by providing a holistic suite of services such as rehabilitation and training, respite care and wheelchair accessible transport at its centre.

ABLE has been approved as an Institution of a Public Character (IPC).
