All Marie Demets Champagne is made at the winery by her son, Pierre Demets, and his wife, Mathilde, who have put their passion into the family business. This rare variety cuvee, from their plot of Pinot Blanc, is characterized by a mineral finish. On the palate the wine is fresh, crisp, delicate and a touch of bread crust.
