Mr. Lim Boon Heng

Mr Lim had a distinguished career in public service, holding several Cabinet positions in the Singapore Government from 1993 to 2011. He is also the former chairman of Temasek Holdings, NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited, NTUC Health Co-operative Ltd, NTUC Health for Life Fund and Philanthropy Asia Alliance Ltd. He brings to ABLE a deep understanding of social issues and supports ABLE’s mission to foster inclusive employment and a gracious society where individuals with physical challenges have every opportunity to lead independent, productive and meaningful lives.

Rev Fr Romeo Yu Chang has served as a Provincial Treasurer in Philippines and obtained a Masters of Business Administration from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. He came to Singapore end 2001 and he is the Regional Coordinator of the Apostleship of the Sea for East and Southeast Asia appointed by the Pontifical Council for Migrants and Itinerant People in Rome.

He is married with 2 boys and a parishioner of Church of St Ignatius.

Dr Andre graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2003 and has been practicing as a Hand Surgeon since 2010. He is married with three children and is a parishioner at the Church of St Ignatius.

Elaine is a parishioner at the Church of St Ignatius, where she is involved in the Bible Apostolate Team at St Ignatius. She is a corporate lawyer, and her principal areas of practice are capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Elaine is married with 3 children.

Jessica has more than 20 years of HR business advisory experience in financial services. She graduated from the National University of Singapore.

She has 2 daughters and is a parishioner of the Church of the Holy Spirit.

Ho Shui Wei

Shui Wei is a veteran banker with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, spanning client relationship management, investment portfolio management and wealth management. She has deep management experience in leading multiple teams to provide holistic investment advisory and solutions for wealth management clients.

Shui Wei graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business with Honours from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder.

John is a consultant who has more than 30 years of experience in the area of risk management and information security.  He is married with two children and a parishioner of the Church of the Holy Family.

Jenny Wah

Board Member since October 2023

Jenny was the former Director of Marketing & Communications at The Community Foundation of Singapore.

She believes that digital transformation in the social sector will raise the awareness of gaps in our society, strengthen the engagement with our donors, partners and volunteers in their journey to deliver greater impact to our beneficiaries and community.

Jenny spent 20 years in the technology sector.  She held marketing leadership roles in Nasdaq listed tech companies.

Jenny graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with a degree in Bachelor of Business (2nd Class Upper Hons), and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Leicester, UK.

Amelia Vincent

Board Member since August 2018

Amelia graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) in 1996 and became a CA (Singapore) in 1999. She is married with a son and serves at the parish of St Mary of the Angels as a communion minister.
